What does Exclusive Use mean?

Almost exactly what it says on the tin - exclusive use of the whole property, including all 8 bedrooms, sleeping up to 16 guests, (maximum of 2 guests per room at all times) solely for your party.

Just contact us direct with your requirements and we will be happy to discuss your needs further and help wherever we can.

Exclusive Use` is generally only available between mid-November through to mid-April, and excludes specifically Christmas & Hogmanay.

Stays must be for a minimum of 2 nights and can be either on a `Room Only`,
or a `Breakfast inclusive` basis - where we do the cooking and washing up!

There is no self-catering available; but we have built up a wealth of knowledge on local restaurants and eateries that can accommodate larger parties, which we are happy to share, once a firm booking is made.

Please note that we do not accept Stag or Hen parties at any time.
