Deposits
For smaller bookings (stays of up to 3 nights or for up to 2 rooms) we generally do not ask for any deposit, save your card details to guarantee the total value of the booking
For larger bookings (stays of 4 or more nights, or for 3 or more rooms) we will ask for a deposit of up to 50% of your total stay value, at the time of Provisional booking, We will advise & agree this with you for each booking prior to our confirmation
Unique Events e.g. Hogmanay, Etape Cycling event - we require full 100% pre-payment at time of booking
Please note that all deposit monies are strictly non refundable & non transferrable & we highly recommend that guests take out adequate insurance
to cover for any unforeseen cancellations or curtailments
Cancellation Policy - direct bookings only
All cancellations or curtailments must be made by email only to info@beinnbhracaigh.com at the earliest opportunity
For smaller bookings - 21 > 14 days prior to arrival, 1st night value is charged. For cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, 100% charge is made
For larger bookings - 28 > 21 days prior to arrival, 50% charge is made. For cancellations 21 days or less prior to arrival, 100% charge is made
In all instances the card details supplied to either pay any deposit or guarantee the booking will be charged the above appropiate amounts
